I Wonder...

I wonder, is Covid nothing but a rebranded meningitis? 

I know it's not all the exact symptoms that are published in the news but when different people describe the symptoms they have as individuals... It could be a variety of viruses, right?  

I understand that there is a test, and the test tells you if you are positive for covid or not but what about the people that get false positives?  What the fuck they got?  Obviously, they are sick but have a false positive for covid so what are they infected with?

Could be nothing but I just was thinking and thought someone may have a viewpoint on the matter.  Any thoughts?
