Believe it or not, I've found a second wind for this month!
Despite how I thought I felt about things, life is good. I am enjoying the ebbs & flows that will be consistent throughout life. Think I might just get the hang of this thing without completely crashing out because someone is exposing me to the dumb shit they allow in their life.
Think I might just learn to gently reestablish my boundaries without losing control and wondering why people are playing in my face.
I am learning that some people are indeed playing in my face but then there are the "others"; the others just don't know any better.
I want to learn to be patient with everyone and be firm with what I will & will not allow in my realm.

if they don't like the terms, that's peace.
I respectfully & lovingly will encourage them to go and curate the life that they feel they will thrive in.
This one is mine.
Life is good & long as well as short & sweet, so I want to be more mindful of how I spend my days.
I want to enjoy all that comes with this second wind.
While I still have a breath in me.
